**Please do not send any chips, injectors or merchandise without a corresponding order. If sending a chip in for a reburn a new order needs to be placed.**
*Please send the chip only. We do not need the switch to reburn your chip.
Make sure that the shipping label on your box matches the information on the order. By doing this we will be able to match your order and your chip more promptly and will be able to process your order quicker.
*If your shipping label does not match your order information then please send a note or copy of the order in the box so that we can match the order and the product together and process it as quickly as we can.
*Reburns can take 10 to 15 working days for turn around. This includes the shipping time to TDP and the return shipping back to the customer.
